Métis  Nation, Inc.

You can determine for yourself by answering the four following questions:

1)  Are you a United States citizen?

2)  Can you trace your ancestral lineage back to an aboriginal descendant of North America that once occupied lands that are now considered the United States of America?

3)  Are you willing to identify yourself as a Métis?

4)  Will you complete the Enrollment process to become recognized and accepted as Métis by the Métis Nation, Inc. community?

If you answered yes to all four questions - then you are welcome to become a member of Métis Nation, Inc. Millions of Americans could legitimately identify themselves as Métis Indians, but have no idea they have that right, or choice.
